APPOINTMENT POLICIES
I value your time and my time. I believe your appointment time is very valuable. I hold this time specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I do kindly ask that you give me 48 hours notice.
Cancelation and No-Show Policy
Please read my cancellation policy carefully. By booking, you are accepting my terms.

I require 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Canceling or rescheduling after that time will result in a fee of half the service. No-Shows will have to pay 100% of the service that was scheduled before booking another appointment.

Forfeiture of deposit (I will not refund deposits on appointments with less than 48 hours notice)

When you cancel with less notice it makes it impossible for me to fill that time that was reserved for you with another guest. This policy allows me time to inform guests on my wait-list of any availability.

If I am sick I will let you know immediately, and expect the same in return.

Confirmation email and or text messages reminders are sent out 72 hours and 48 hours before your appointment time. If I am not able to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time and date in order to avoid missed appointments and fees.
Reservation Deposit
To book a color appointment I require a deposit at the time of booking in the amount of $100. You can pay your deposit by cash or card.

Your deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

A deposit will be refunded if you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice. Your deposit can be applied to your next appointment or can be refunded via the original payment method. If paid with a card please allow 2-5 busniness days from canceling your appointment to receive your refund.

Deposit forfeiture - if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice before your appointment time your will forfeit your deposit as a fee for reserving and holding space for you on my schedule.
